(English) Exclusive specialty restaurant offering seafood cuisine. Sophisticated and modern, with a light and crisp interior, evoking the design of a classic champagne and oyster bar. Colour pallete and design of the carpet and artwork evoke the sea, pointing to the menu without being obviously themed.
“ (English) In these pieces on Spirit of Discovery, I have focused on a rich palette of blues that represents the depth of the oceans and seas that surround my homeland. My hope is that the viewer will discover artwork that is constantly changing: as we do, as life does, just like the tides, ever moving, nothing stays the same. ”
